PASTORAL CARE SEMINARS

PASTORAL CARE SEMINARS

A “Time of Refreshing” or “Fermata” is a ministry of encouragement to pastors and their wives here and around the world. The Lord has enable CiM to minister to more than 3,500 couples over the last 14 years in 7 countries as well as in the USA.

This ‘soft place to land’ provides an opportunity for a pastor and his wife to pause, reflect and be refreshed in their personal lives, their marriage and their family. Our focus is to strengthen their relationship with Christ, their marriage and their family in order to go back to the call of the pastorate refreshed and renewed.

Times of Refreshing (in the USA) and Fermatas (overseas) are paid for by the gifts of God’s people.  This is intended to be a gift to them and a time of no expectations.  The costs of this 3 day, 2 night retreat is underwritten by individuals, businesses and churches. CiM does not make a profit from this ministry.

If your pastor and his wife need a time to get away and be ministered to instead of ministering, please contact us with their name and contact information.  If God is putting it on your heart to support this ministry please let us know.

What pastors & wives have said…."This Pastors' Conference has brought renewed vision and a deeper intimacy with GOD to my life. I praise the LORD for this conference." - A pastor from Brazil

"I almost did not come to this Pastors' Conference because I thought: ‘Why would people come all the way here unless they wanted something from us?’ But now I see that you love us and just want to bless us. I have been rejuvenated through this conference." - A pastor from Brazil

"Before my wife and I came to this conference we decided that our marriage was over.  We were planning to get a divorce. This conference was the last attempt. GOD has healed our marriage! We are ready to keep going!" - A pastor and his wife from Nicaragua.  (They renewed their marriage vows at the end of this conference and attended the next year's conference, still holding hands! Praise the Lord!)

"My wife & I have been in ministry for 40+ years and no one has ever reach into our lives like this. Thank you." – A pastor from Maryland
